Our Corporate Governance Expert Group advised on our response to the National Association of Pension Funds's informal consultation on its draft 2014 Corporate Governance Policy and Voting Guidelines. We noted that we are supportive of the NAPF’s draft 2014 Corporate Governance Policy and Voting Guidelines and believe that they encourage a focus on long-term shareholders and long-term performance from companies.
